Get Financial Education In Your School

The Petition

Dear Administrator, 


We are among the 84% of students nationwide that believe there should be more financial education in school. Research shows that we have a better chance in life when we understand personal finance. 

More than half of all Americans live paycheck-to-paycheck. Yet graduates of high schools with personal financial education in the curriculum achieve higher savings rates and net worth than those graduating without taking a personal finance course. 

We are urging you to add financial education to our school. Training for teachers is available through The Council for Economic Education. As for funding: visitwww.pathwaytofinancialsuccess.org to apply for grants that help implement this curriculum. 

Help us learn how to make better financial decisions. Help us have brighter futures.
